The cleanliness of the room was appalling. The sheets and pillowcases were stained, giving the impression that proper cleaning hadn't occurred. Additionally, the toilet was dirty, and we encountered water bugs in the hallway, which made the stay very uncomfortable.

Additionally, experiencing issues with room assignments was frustrating, as I had to move to a different room initially occupied by another guest. The experience was a mixed bag. Check-in took an unusually long time, and it felt chaotic with very few staff available to assist. The location seemed a bit sketchy, which added to the unease during our stay. However, the proximity to attractions like Six Flags made it convenient for our family trip. The room itself was decent, but I wasn't fully comfortable with the overall cleanliness.

My bros and I found bed bugs during our stay! Showed the pic to staff and got a room switch, but the lady at the front was rude when we tried to explain. Charged us extra for an adult they clearly messed up on. Super frustrating experience. Breakfast was a total letdown, too. No options at all.
